Drillers fall to Sugar Land 3-0

Sugar Land had a two-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 3-0 win over Louisiana.

Sugar Land's penalty kill excelled, as Sugar Land gave up zero goals despite allowing nine power plays.

Sugar Land was led by RC Randall, who tallied one goal. Randall scored 2:40 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Sugar Land. Kyle Hooperassisted on the tally.

Sugar Land stifled Louisiana's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Sugar Land could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 20 minutes in penalties during the game.
